Obtaining an Employer Identification Number (EIN)
Providing registered agent services
LLC Operating Agreement preparation
State-specific forms and compliance assistance
You agree to provide accurate and complete information required for LLC formation, including legal names, addresses, business type, and other relevant details.You are responsible for reviewing all documents provided by the Company for accuracy before submission.You must comply with all relevant federal, state, and local laws and regulations governing LLCs in your jurisdiction.
The Client agrees to pay the fees associated with LLC formation as outlined in the service agreement or as per the quoted price on our website. Fees are non-refundable once the LLC formation process has begun, unless otherwise agreed. Payments must be made in full before any documents are submitted to the state.
Processing times for LLC formation may vary depending on the state and the complexity of the filing. The Company makes no guarantees regarding the processing time. The Client acknowledges that delays may occur due to circumstances beyond the Company’s control, such as government processing times or errors made by third-party service providers. The Company does provide legal, tax, or financial advice. The Client can also consult with our tax professional for any legal or tax-related questions.
The Company agrees to keep all client information confidential and not disclose it to third parties, except as required by law or as necessary to complete the LLC formation process. The Client is responsible for ensuring that they safeguard any confidential business information, including business names, intellectual property, and financial details. The Company is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages resulting from the formation of the LLC or from any delays or errors in processing. The Company does not guarantee the approval of LLC applications by the state authorities. Approval is solely at the discretion of the state.
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from the formation or operation of the LLC.The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the revised version will apply to all future services provided.These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
The Company reserves the right to terminate its services at any time if the Client fails to meet the requirements or violates these Terms and Conditions.
The Client may terminate the service agreement before the LLC formation process begins, subject to any cancellation fees.
